RETURNS/EXCHANGES

First of all, we want to thank you for shopping here at Artwork Anywhere! We really want you to love your purchase, and will work with you to make it right. We understand that browsing online is not the same as shopping in person. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, let us know, and we’ll fix it!

We have a 30 day return or exchange policy, no explanation needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send us an email, let us know your order number, and what items you’ll be returning, or exchanging. Pop your item(s) in the mail to us, and when we receive them, we’ll contact you. Once we have your package, we will inspect the items, and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will either refund you the price of the items, send you a new item in exchange, or issue you store credit for the amount of your items.

Please note the following:

** You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your items. You are also responsible for return tracking and insurance. If you ship a return with no tracking and we do not receive it, we can not issue you a refund of any kind. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

**If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, such as sending you the wrong item, you will be sent a return shipping label to print, at no charge to you.

** Refunds are made back to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit in a number of days, which will vary depending on your bank/card issuer’s policies.
